At Imaginary Gifts, we specialize in custom LED name plates, acrylic name plates, wooden name plates, and personalized gifts in India. Since all our products are made-to-order and customized as per customer requirements, our refund and cancellation policy is designed accordingly.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. However, due to the customized nature of our products:

- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order - Once the production process has started, cancellation is not allowed - Orders placed with incorrect customization details are not eligible for cancellation

2. Refund Policy

As we deal in personalized and customized products, refunds are limited and applicable only under specific conditions.

Refund will be provided in the following cases:

- Product received is damaged during shipping - Wrong product delivered - Major manufacturing defect

Refund will NOT be provided in the following cases:

- Change of mind after order confirmation - Incorrect details provided by customer (name, design, address) - Minor color or design variation - Delay caused by courier partners

Instead of refund, we may offer a replacement for damaged or incorrect products after verification.
